WHY WE STAY SMALL
The model only works when the thinking stays close to the account.
We didn’t start with a goal of boutique - we grew to a 10+ person team and found the model broken. More headcount meant more layers between clients and the thinking that actually moved their numbers. In 2018, we scaled back down on purpose.
That experience shaped what Tower33 is today: a deliberately limited roster, with senior strategists doing the work directly rather than managing people who do. Founder-led isn’t just a tagline here . The person setting strategy maintains hands-on the account.

Execution is as important as strategy.
A brilliant plan that gets implemented loosely produces mediocre results. We hold implementation to the same standard as the thinking behind it.

Relevance beats reach.
Most businesses have distinct customer segments. Marketing to all of them the same way is a less effective use of budget - segmentation is where performance is actually won.

Performance is about how you use the channel.
Channel selection gets too much credit and too much blame. The strategy behind the channel is what determines the outcome.

Good partnerships require trust and transparency.
We’d rather tell a client clearly about an approach and possible outcomes than go along with status quo to keep the relationship comfortable.
